JOB OVERVIEW: Manager - SAP Support Special Projects, PS
In a large and growing organization like ours, SAP ERP is not the only integrated application, there are other applications like budgeting tool are integrated with SAP for various business requirements
Will report to - Chief Manager - IT / General Manager - IT
Team size - NA
EXPERIENCE:
Strong Domain Knowledge of IM (Investment Management) and PS (Project systems) module in SAP ECC S/4 HANA
Experience in any one of Pharma, Realty , Financial services companies
Experience in Budget allocations, settlements, network WBS
8 to 10 years SAP PS IM Experience
Knowledge of CAPEX OPEX projects
Must have at least 3 to 4 end to end SAP PS IM implementation experience
Cross-functional module knowledge required to address business or systems issues and integration with SAP SD FICO
Experience in integration and other non-SAP tools
Must have ability to interact with multiple business stake holder and Functional team (IT) and multi-tasking skill.
Experience in Capital Expenditure process
CRITICAL QUALITIES:
Certification in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana (PS) preferred
Must have strong Oral, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Will go an extra mile for enhancing user experience
Excellent Knowledge of SAP PS IM
KEY ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Design, configuration, and functional experience in the IM and PS module.
a. Configuration of IM and PS
b. Creation of Appropriation Request
c. Knowledge of Approval workflow using middleware
d. Setting up Budgets
e. Creation of Projects /WBS elements and Network/Activities
f. Cost planning
g. Budget allocation and setting up budgets
h. Budget transfers /Return
i. Settlement of Projects /WBS elements to
i. Fixed Assets -Asset Mgt. module
ii. Cost Centers
j. Production cycle in projects
k. Delivery through Projects
l. Billing through Projects -
i. Delivery based
ii. Milestone based
iii. Service Income
m. Other related functionalities

2) Working experience in ECC 6 and SAP S4/HANA
3) Must have at least 3 to 4 end to end SAP IM/PS implementation experience
4) Should have Knowledge related to End-to-End Processes of
a. Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects -initiated in IM
b. Revenue /Customer projects
c. Expenses tracking (OPEX) Projects
5) Cross-functional knowledge required to address business or systems issues and integration with SD, FICO, Integration with Interfaces using middleware
6) Coordination for end-user training docu-mentation and train end users as an when required.
7) Knowledge of SAP Best practices
8) Must have ability to interact with multiple business stake holder and Functional team (IT) and multi-tasking skill.
9) Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
10) May lead and coordinate the work of a small development team
11) Good communication and documentation skills

Graduate (BCA,B Tech, BE, BSc Computers + Postgraduate ) MCSE Certified, Intermediate C.A., Intermediate CMA, MBA Finance
