Manage SAP maintenance and support for multiple clients in a shared support environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and timely resolution of incidents.
Lead cross-functional teams comprising client stakeholders, SAP functional consultants, and AMS team members in different geographies.
Review client requirements and collaborate with SAP functional consultants to prioritize enhancements and develop detailed work plans.
Collaborate with the AMS team lead and the shared support coordinator to ensure adherence to defined support and delivery procedures.
Establish and maintain a relationship with clients, handling escalations and ensuring timely and effective communication.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and the accuracy of incident resolutions.
Develop, track, and manage project performance, budget, and timelines.
Provide regular updates to management on project progress and risks, including preparing dashboards and status reports.
Identify opportunities for additional services and revenue growth and collaborate with other service lines.
