Development Manager

• Work closely with scrum team (Development team, QA team and scrum lead), UX designers and Product Managers
• Drive execution, meet deadlines, and communicate status
• Act as a coach for your team and its individual members, supporting their growth and development
• Take responsibility for the overall success and performance of your team, and actively work continuously to improve their strengths
• Establish well-defined expectations for each individual, tailored to their level and role, and aligned with the overarching goals of the organization. Conduct regular meetings to discuss performance and development, offering feedback and coaching as needed
• Hire for the roles on your teams, and onboard new team members
• Help define/ own non-functional requirements such us performance, security, compliance in general

What you bring:

• bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Excellent Coding and analytical skills in Java, with experience in designing
• Experience in spring boot
• Good understanding of Cloud software development
• At least 12+ years of relevant work experience in product development, ideally 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Experience with people management in a technical environment
• Experience in building & operating SaaS products in the Cloud
