Blueprint Technologies - SAP Concur Consultant - E2E Implementation (3-8 yrs)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Concur Consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Concur solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP Concur implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

- Configure and customize SAP Concur solutions (e.g., Travel, Expense, Invoice, Request) to meet client-specific business requirements.

- Conduct thorough system testing, user acceptance testing, and data migration activities.

- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Concur functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Concur implementations.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training materials.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project managers, business analysts, IT teams) to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of SAP Concur solutions.

Qualifications :

Must have :

- CIP Certification 3-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Concur solutions.

- At least 2 full end-to-end implementations of Request & Expense modules in Concur Professional Edition.

- Strong understanding of Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice, and Request modules.

- Experience with Concur integrations and interfaces (e.g., with ERP systems, HR systems).

- Fair knowledge of Cognos reporting and data analysis.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently1 and as part of a team
