Blueprint Technologies - Kronos Solutions Consultant (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- Primarily responsible for implementing optimal Kronos solutions for customers.

- Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams, and deliver projects aligned with Kronos implementation methodologies.

- The SC is also responsible to meet project delivery milestones and budgets The Solutions Consultant will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization and integration with other third-party products.

- The SC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to independently handle discussions with senior management.

Specific duties include :

- Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization.

- Design the solution best fit for the customer requirements, while limiting deviations from standard Kronos functionalities.

- Preparing functional and technical solution design documents.

- Manage customer User Acceptance test.

- Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.

- Serving as primary liaison between Kronos and customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff.

- Providing consultative and technical support to Kronos Application Consultants through mentorship and in-house education.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and service support on solution design for new prospects and upsell to existing customers.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer Sciences or related field.

- Alternately, 5-8 years of experience, with some experience in Process or Business Consulting.

- Customer facing will be needed.

- Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, implementation an added advantage.

- Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing and UAT preferred.

- Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology, and business solutions to a diverse customer base.

- Ability to consult at the CXO level and drive changes in the customer organization.

- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.

- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.

- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred Experience :

- 5-8 years' experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments.
