Senior Kronos Solution Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for implementing optimal UKG solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include consultative and technical support to customers and internal teams and delivering projects aligned with UKG implementation methodologies. The SC is also responsible for meeting project delivery milestones and budgets

The Solutions Consultant will work in highly complex environments, requiring complex multi-product solutions, customization, and integration with other third-party products. The SC will also need to be highly adaptive to different customer environments and be able to handle discussions with senior management independently.

 Specific duties include: -

• Driving requirement assessment workshops with senior members of the customer organization.
• Design the solution best fit for the customers requirements while limiting deviations from standard UKG functionalities.
• Preparing functional and technical solution design documents
• Manage customer User Acceptance test.
• Work with the project managers to align with project milestones and ensure timely billing.
• Serving as primary liaison between UKG and customer, conveying customer feedback to product development staff.
• Providing consultative and technical support to Application Consultants through mentorship and in-house education.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and service support on solution design for new prospects and upsell to existing customers.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences or a related field.
• Experience in consulting and implementing UKG Advanced Scheduling, UKG Activities, and UKG Analytics modules would be an added advantage.
• Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements, and developing prototypes to confirm requirements back to the customer.
• Consulting customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures.
• •Prior experience in supporting functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• •Demonstrated track record in delivering quality, on-time technology and business solutions to a diverse customer base.
• Ability to consult at the CXO level and drive changes in the customer organization
• •Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers.
• •Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
• •Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Experience:

• 6-20 years of experience consulting and implementing Kronos UKG Timekeeper and Absence Management.
