Fixture & Tools Manufacturing & Procurement Professional

As a Fixture Tools Manufacturing Procurement specialist at Sansera Engineering, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and procurement of fixtures and tools used in the production of precision components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand the fixture and tooling requirements for new and existing manufacturing processes
- Design and develop fixtures and tools that optimize production efficiency and product quality
- Source and procure fixtures and tools from external suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery
- Implement and maintain a robust quality control process for all fixtures and tools, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of fixtures and tools
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of fixtures and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure favorable pricing and delivery conditions

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in fixture and tool design and manufacturing within the automotive or aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, and assembly
- Experience with sourcing and procurement of fixtures and tools from external suppliers
- Familiarity with quality control standards and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
