- Design and implement process control systems to maintain product quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with production processes
- Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry best practices and advancements
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Provide guidance and training to production staff on new processes and methodologies

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a process engineering role
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Proficiency in process simulation and optimization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
