Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and optimize CNC/VMC machining processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 2. Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement, such as reducing cycle times and minimizing scrap rates. 3. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure manufacturability of new products and components. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve Qualtiy related issues, including tooling, programming, and machine performance. 5. Implement and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. 6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. 7. Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
Qualifications: - Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in CNC/ VMC machining inspection process optimization. - Strong knowledge of problem solving techniques. - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or aerospace industry.
