Industrial Engineer/ Process Engineer

1 Strong knowledge in method of time study tools like MOST study, stop watch, video recording

2 Knowledge in statistical process control (SPC), line balancing & Tact time.

3 Cycle time study and define capacity for the product .

4 Need to conduct Runner rate and define capacity to customer on the base of FPY

5 Plant Saturation study in terms of upcoming forecast and identify the bottom neck process in term of capacity bottom neck.

6 MOD /MOI calculation on the base of sales plan forecast.

7 Identify and eliminate the bottom neck from the process and perform line balancing.

8 Kaizens need to perform for manpower optimization ,cycle time reduction & efficiency improvement.

9 Project feasibility in terms of plant technology and capacity.

10 Good Knowledge of Lean manufacturing process.
