Job Title: Quality Inspectors Aerospace & Defence

As a Quality Inspector at Sansera Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards required for the aerospace and defense sectors. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections and tests on aerospace and defense components, using various measurement tools and equipment to verify conformance to specifications.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform in-process and final inspections on aerospace and defense components
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Follow established inspection procedures and guidelines to ensure product quality and adherence to customer specifications
- Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities
- Communicate any non-conformities or quality issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality inspection within the aerospace or defense industry
- Familiarity with AS9100 and ISO9001 quality management systems
- Strong understanding of aerospace and defense industry standards and specifications
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
