We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing various processes within our organization. The Process Engineer will work closely with production teams and management to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement new processes, and ensure efficient and effective operations.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
- Conduct data analysis and develop reports to track process performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
- Develop and implement process control systems to monitor and optimize performance
- Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Provide technical support and training to production teams as needed
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in process engineering

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechnaical Engineering / Mechanical Diploma
- Proven experience in process engineering or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process simulation and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Roles and responsibilities of a Process Engineer:

1. Develop and maintain the production processes for manufacturing operations

3. Conduct tests and experiments to optimize production processes

9. Recommend and implement equipment upgrades and modifications to improve process performance
