To make necessary arrangements for all the Internal /External Training programs.
Maintain / Retain Training related Documents & Records/MIS/MRM Presentation
Capturing Major Training programs Return on Investment (ROI).
Conduct / Coordinate Induction Training & On the job training for New Employees.
Upgrade training methodology continually by adopting latest technologies including AI and videos.
Co-ordinate for Continual improvements projects (QC & Kaizen) across the Plant.
Organize Intra-Plant Skill Olympics & Coordinate for interplant skill Olympics
Face applicable standards Audits & Ensure completion of actions for observations / NCR's related to QMS, EMS, OHSMS, EnMS and Customer audits.
