- Responsible for addressing customer concerns and addressing with corrective actions within stupilated time Frame to Customer as per customer requirement
- Addressing Customer concerns with analysis report along with CFT team.
- Responsible for ensuring process for the quality Management system establishment, implementation & maintenance in plant.Reporting to HD QA about the performance of Quality system & any need for improvements. Follow up for action's initiation.
- Carrying internal quality audits and Corrective actions
- Execution, reporting, follow up & corrective action of customer audit.
- Ensuring the promotion & awareness of customer requirements throughout the plant.
- Awareness for IATF, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS
- Responsible for Plant IATF, EMS, OHSMS & EnMS audit and closing of the same.
