QMS Executive

Role & responsibilities -

• Preparation of quality manuals, quality policy, procedures, documents etc. to ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
• Handling pre-audit preparation and conducting quality audit.
• Preparation of RCA for Non-conformance and CAPA
• Verify closure of non-conformity with Certification Bodies
• Management review meetings on the regular basis as defined in the Quality Manual.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well being of staff and visitors
• Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks
• Handle Customer Complaints, and ensure Non-conformance findings & resolution within a week.
• Conduct internal training as per ISO norms & as per training calendar.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organizations products
• Documentation review, and SOP preparations for equipment and procedures

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certified.
• Must have hands on exposure as QA, on line process verification, 9001 and 22000 audit's requirements, shop floor management etc.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent Verbal, Listening & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi).
