Job Description

  • 5+ Years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control in Plastics Manufacturing
  • Detailed knowledge of injection tooling and molding defects
  • Also, technical know-how of variety of engineering plastic materials ABS, Nylon, PC, PP, etc
  • Experience with ISO 9001 implementation and requirements
  • Local Candidates Preferred (Gujarat Region)
  • Microsoft Word/Excel (Moderate)
  • Data Analysis and Project Management skills are preferred.

    • Job Role and Duties :
    • Responsible for operating of QMS (Quality Management System) and implementation of ISO 9001 standard.
    • Plan internal audits across all departments of the facility.
    • Drive Quality objectives and KPI targets on monthly and annual basis.
    • Verify each outgoing shipment w.r.t customer requirements and outgoing inspection plan.
    • Plan and execute in-process audits in manufacturing.
    • Handle customer complaints and provide CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for it.
