- Responsible for operating of QMS (Quality Management System) and implementation of ISO 9001 standard.
- Plan internal audits across all departments of the facility.
- Drive Quality objectives and KPI targets on monthly and annual basis.
- Verify each outgoing shipment w.r.t customer requirements and outgoing inspection plan.
- Plan and execute in-process audits in manufacturing.
- Handle customer complaints and provide CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for it.
