Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business areas.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential clients and partners.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to build the companys reputation and brand.
• Manage and mentor junior business development staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in real estate or architectural industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business development activities.
