This position involves support of GSM Supply Chain applications, including training/support for end users, validation of enhancements, providing analytical support and insightful reports.
Individuals who are successful in this role understand basics of procurement business process, the importance of customer service and are adept at quickly grasping different systems used in a big company to support their primary job functions.
Drive supply chain projects, which includes documenting requirements, identifying solutions, coordination with different teams including IT, documentation, and successful implementation.
Highly successful business analysts grow into various other opportunities within the company.
Should be business problem solver, capable of analyzing the business to identify problems and to define solutions.
