Key Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and achieve business goals.
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email marketing, and display advertising.

SEO and SEM:

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging, high-quality content for digital channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee social media accounts, develop posting schedules, and create engaging content to drive audience interaction.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, user engagement, and website traffic, with actionable insights.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing tools and techniques.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
