The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects at construction sites. The role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.

Site inspection of civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawing / final approved drawings.
BOQ preparation of civil work.
Proper management of Material and Workmanship.
Ensure that all the work meets the stipulated quality standards.
Coordination with various contractors and subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
Planning and managing site activities.
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Manage testing of materials and completed work as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, delays, and changes.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.
Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with other site engineers and foremen to ensure efficient workflow.
Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site.
Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting problems as they arise.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in site management.
Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision are advantageous.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
