We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller / Pre-sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls on leads, setting appointments, and providing potential clients with information about our projects.

Make calls to prospective clients from the provided database and share the details about our projects and answer their questions.
Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone calls, whatsapp, messages and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and address their queries effectively. Build rapport with clients to establish trust and interest in our projects
Assess and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and interest in our projects.
Convince clients to schedule site visits and coordinate the visit with the sales team.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our project offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
Update and maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our Database.
Experience: Proven experience for 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terms and processes is a plus
