We are looking for a highly organized and diligent Process Coordinator to join our team. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of processes across various departments, tracking task completion, maintaining quality control, and fostering collaboration among employees, clients, and stakeholders. The Process Coordinator will be essential in overseeing task deadlines, validating reports, and ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and accurately.

Regularly follow up with team members to ensure all reports (daily, monthly, etc.) are being updated and submitted on time.
Communicate with employees to provide updates on tasks, remind them about pending actions, and ensure they are aware of their responsibilities.
Delegate tasks to the appropriate team members based on their strengths and capacity, ensuring a balanced workload across the team.
Follow up with assigned team members to track task progress and ensure timely.
Monitor deadlines and assess the progress of ongoing tasks to ensure they are on track for completion within the established timeframe.
Collaborate with clients, employers, and other teams to coordinate activities and ensure that all parties are aligned.
Facilitate smooth communication among departments and assist in resolving any bottlenecks or roadblocks in processes.
Maintain open lines of communication to ensure all relevant parties are kept informed of project developments.
Regularly review and check the authenticity of the data being reported by staff to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Conduct periodic checks on all information, reports, and updates to verify that the details are correct and consistent with the project requirements.
Implement corrective actions when delays are identified and communicate.
Identify opportunities for improving task management and operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Work with the team to streamline reporting, task delegation, and project.
Maintain detailed records of task updates, deadlines, and team performance for future reference.
Prepare reports on task status, progress, and bottlenecks for management review.
Any Bachelors degree
At least 2-3 years of experience as an Process Coordinator or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
