Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and managing projects from concept development to completion, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and collaboration with construction professionals to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Manage project teams and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
• Determine project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to set constraints.
• Adjust designs and plans to align with client needs and project requirements.
• Develop and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and expectations.
• Oversee design projects from initial concept to successful completion.

Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture. Proven experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
