Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee civil site operations, ensuring compliance with architectural drawings, structural analysis, and construction management principles.
  
• Manage labor control on-site, coordinating with interior architecture teams for residential building projects.
  
• Conduct regular site supervision to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with construction teams for effective project execution, including building construction and site operations.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil supervision/construction supervision).
  
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, structural analysis, and civil engineering principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
