Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Voucher preparation and checking.

• Maintain accurate book keeping records using Zoho Books and Tally Prime accounting software.

• Prepare financial reports using advanced Excel skills.

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, Income Tax) and TDS returns.

• Payroll, staff advances, bank reconciliation.

• Billing to clients and vendors.

• Ensuring timely utility bill payments, insurance premium renewals, etc.

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills payment, and tax compliances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively .

• Reasonable skills in English conversation and writing .

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic knowledge of accounting software like Zoho Books.

• Strong understanding of Indian tax laws including GST, TDS, and Tax Compliance.

• Based in Delhi.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
