Job Description

Project Management

  • Oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to operations transition
  • Maintain control over project progress, quality, and budget
  • Leverage project management methods and tools, specifically using ICE methodology
  • Deliver ESO EDI projects within SAP Business Network (ex
  • Ariba Commerce Automation SCC)

    • Collaboration

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Artwork business team, Transformation workstream team, business system owners, and supplier relations managers)
  • Ensure effective cross-functional cooperation and stakeholder management

    • Reporting

  • Provide transparent and accurate project status reports
  • Document project performance and progress

    • Risk And Compliance

  • Establish project governance and manage risks/issues
  • Ensure compliance with Security and Compliance policies

    • Mentorship And Best Practices

  • Mentor team members in project management
  • Advocate and implement best practices across deployment teams

    • Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely, on-budget, and quality project deliveries
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Compliance with applicable Security and Compliance policies
  • Successful project deployments measured by KPIs
  • Achievement of post-project business benefits (eg, $, risk mitigation, innovation)
  • High-performance and motivated project team culture
  • Effective stakeholder collaboration across geographic locations

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar

    • Work Experience

  • Over 8 years in application development, project management, process design, and computer system validation in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Over 5 years of proven IT project management experience
  • Extensive knowledge in project mamangement (PMI, PMA, PRINCE2 desired)
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, transformative projects globally

    • Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of business process analysis, design, system architectures, and technology standards
  • In-depth understanding of IT solutions for External Supplier Organizations (ESO) in multinational contexts
  • Strong understanding of GxP environments and CSV
  • Expertise in organizing, planning, decision-making, stakeholder management, problem-solving, budget management, and change management
  • Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills

    • Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
