Job Description
leading both internal and external teams to achieve project goals on time, within budget, and meeting business needs.
- Oversee the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to operations transition.
- Maintain control over project progress, quality, and budget.
- Leverage project management methods and tools, specifically using ICE methodology.
- Deliver ESO EDI projects within SAP Business Network (ex. Ariba Commerce Automation & SCC).
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (Artwork business team, Transformation workstream team, business system owners, and supplier relations managers).
- Ensure effective cross-functional cooperation and stakeholder management.
- Provide transparent and accurate project status reports.
- Document project performance and progress.
- Establish project governance and manage risks/issues.
- Ensure compliance with Security and Compliance policies.
- Mentor team members in project management.
- Advocate and implement best practices across deployment teams.
- Timely, on-budget, and quality project deliveries.
- High customer satisfaction.
- Compliance with applicable Security and Compliance policies.
- Successful project deployments measured by KPIs.
- Achievement of post-project business benefits (e.g., $, risk mitigation, innovation).

Work Experience:
- Over 8 years in application development, project management, process design, and computer system validation in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Over 5 years of proven IT project management experience.
- Extensive knowledge in project mamangement (PMI, PMA, PRINCE2 desired).
- Proven success in managing large-scale, transformative projects globally.
- Advanced knowledge of business process analysis, design, system architectures, and technology standards.
- In-depth understanding of IT solutions for External Supplier Organizations (ESO) in multinational contexts.
- Strong understanding of GxP environments and CSV.
- Expertise in organizing, planning, decision-making, stakeholder management, problem-solving, budget management, and change management.
- Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
