Job Description
- Preparation of Toxicological (risk) assessments for various impurities and excipients (determination of ADE/PDE and/or safety risk assessment) and genotoxicity hazard assessment for impurities using in vitro and in vivo data, and in-silico SAR approaches
- Preparation of Ecotoxicological Risk Assessments (M1.6.)
- Determination of Harmful dose for children for selection of blister packaging for US market and safety Assessment of extractables to qualify materials used for primary packaging and manufacturing equipment
- Peer review of different types of toxicological (risk) assessments and preparation of health hazard assessments for occupational safety and cleaning validation
- Planning, organization, oversight and interpretation of outsourced in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies in accordance with resources, timelines, regulatory and professional standards, implementation of GLP and other GXP standards, active knowledge sharing within the Product Development and Sandoz.
- Proactive and ongoing functional area development, active collaboration with cross-functional partners, active participation in development project teams, collaboration with external experts as indicated by project/product requirements.
- - Other tasks as directed by the supervisor, and tasks based on a specific appointment
- - Other tasks determined by the annual objectives setting process and Key Performance Indicator and Implement and adhere to all the instructions and requirements of safety at work, environment protection and property protection and responsible for personal and professional development and for the development of associates
- University degree in life sciences (pharmacy, veterinary, medicine, biology, (bio)chemistry...)
- Minimum 3 years experience in toxicology
