Role & responsibilities

Job Description : 

Techno functional PM/Program manager with the technical background in Data Science , should be adept in project management/tracking tools and should be hands on in all project management processes, should be able to adapt the delivery methodologies as per the customer landscape bringing in the industry best practices in project delivery , should be able to manage all levels of stakeholders, should be able to manage the delivery remotely (delivery team will be working from different offices and will be distributed), should be able to learn the domain  and talk and think in customer perspective, should be a lateral thinker and must have an quality, innovation and automation first mindset,should be able to create and report project/programme status to multiple levels of stakeholders keeping information delivery as appropriate to the recipient role, should be adept in identifying and mitigating risks,should be an excellent team player, should be able to win customers on his/her side, should be enthusiastic and should be a mentor to the team and customer

Will be responsible for

• Defining the Agile Cadences
• Manage the Sprints and releases
• First point of contact for LK for all project related activities
• Work with product owner from LK in defining/refining/prioritising user stories as per the clear Definition of ready and Definition of done
• Define releases/sprints in JIRA and help to create and maintain userstories
• Coordinate all project activities between different players in the project
• Make sure all deliverable timelines are met as per the commitments in the SOW and Sprints
• Provide drill down and drill up status reports to stakeholders at multiple levels
• Agree/Baseline and track/report all agreed metrics and KPIs
• Provide Root cause analysis (RCA) incase of deviations from commitments/agreed KPIs
• Be the mentor to the customer and team in agile processes
• Create and maintain RAID and RACI and report out the RAID in the weekly and monthly reports

Previous experience of Data related project. Preferable is Data Science project experience.

Previous experience of working in any of the cloud environment - AWS/Azure/ GCP

Basic understanding of Data Science project delivery methodology.
