Role Summary

We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager who will not only elevate our brand and digital presence but also actively contribute to our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting compelling marketing strategies, engaging prospects through multiple channels, and working directly with the sales team to convert leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Positioning:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and position San Data Systems as a trusted provider of IT professional services.
  • Craft messaging and value propositions that resonate with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:

  • Design and execute targeted campaignsincluding email marketing, PPC, and events—to generate a robust pipeline of high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify leads, streamline handovers, and develop strategies for nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

Digital Marketing & SEO Optimization:

  • Oversee and optimize all digital channels—website, social media, search engines—to maximize visibility, credibility, and reach.
  • Implement SEO and SEM best practices, perform keyword research, and leverage analytics to continuously improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Content & Thought Leadership:

  • Develop high-impact content (white papers, case studies, blogs, webinars) that showcases our industry expertise and thought leadership in areas like cybersecurity, hybrid cloud, and application modernization.
  • Work with technical teams and subject matter experts to translate complex IT solutions into compelling, customer-centric narratives.

Channel Partnerships & Alliances:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances that expand our market reach and service offerings.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to co-create campaigns and jointly target enterprise-level clients.

Sales Enablement & Support:

  • Provide the sales team with powerful tools, including pitch decks, collateral, and competitive intelligence, to increase win rates and shorten the sales cycle.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to inform product positioning and sales approaches.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to track campaign performance, pipeline progression, and ROI.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to leadership with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience & Industry Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales roles within the IT professional services or enterprise technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing programs that drive both brand elevation and revenue growth.

Technical & Marketing Skills:

  • Strong understanding of IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and emerging enterprise technologies.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), SEO/SEM tools, and social media management suites.

Sales & Business Development Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with sales teams and channel partners to accelerate pipeline and increase conversion rates.

Communication & Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with enterprise IT ecosystems (e.g., Kubernetes, containerization, hybrid IT) and their market trends.
  • Certifications in marketing or sales platforms (Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce) or related specializations.
