Application Support Executive (3-6 yrs)

Enzen is a consulting, technology, engineering and innovative service provider for utility customers within UK and across other geographies. We are currently recruiting for B-smart Application Support SME with Level-2 skillset in India to support existing BAU and ongoing projects related works.

For this role, you will :

- Work with customer and support B-smart application. B-Smart is a comprehensive suite of high performance, business rules driven applications developed to serve the needs of the energy industry.

- All B-Smart applications are built upon the same highly configurable B-Smart core architecture that leverages Oracle enterprise class components.

- B-Smart applications enable the energy industry participants/ our client to manage their business critical Metering business / functions effectively whilstbenefiting from significant operational cost savings associated with a fully integrated solution.

- As an experienced B-smart application support executive you will have a track record of working across functional design, development and deployment of Oracle Forms & reports/ Cloud full life cycle and migration programmes.

- This role reports to the Application Support Lead within the Application Support Team

Responsibilities :

- You will closely work with Application Lead and responsible for delivering day-to-day activities w.r.t BAU and Project (New CR's & SoW's) activities

- You will be responsible for working with Infra / DevOps / Integration (Salesforce Mulesoft) teams to create new/upgrade Application environments

- Provide 2nd line SME support (Level 2) for all the be-spoke applications that are deployed on Oracle
technology

- Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.

- Coordinate the release schedule depending upon the applications issues, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure updates.

- Communicate with release managers from different IT departments.

- Support the Go-Live activities to deploy the software successfully.

- Attend the CAB meetings to discuss the release with the team and find roadblocks, if any.
