?Required Skills/Experience Good exposure on Devops/Agile/AWS Cloud Flavours. Good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, Roll Out and Support Engagements. Should be able to interact with customer business/IT teams & convey the solution. Should have experience in performing as-is assessments & suggest to-be processes/functionality. Good communication & articulation skills. Experience to guide / mentor delivery teams with artefacts / tools / accelerators. Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud infrastructure operations Primarily AWS Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), including SLAs, KPIs and performance management Nice to have Utility knowledge: Knowledge of the utilities market and widely used applications such as Maximo, Oracle EBS would be a definite advantage. Cloud platforms: Experience of AWS/AZURE Qualification and experience B. Tech. or equivalent degree from a reputed university Minimum 8 to 10 years of Project or service delivery management skills with overall experience of minimum 10 years. ITIL Foundation/PMP/Prince2 will be added advantage
