The candidate is expected to be a self-starter and be committed to execute the individual and team responsibilities as per the organizational goals and metrics. The role requires strong customer engagement skills with excellent oral and written communication. Excellent Coordination with the internal stakeholders like the Operations and Marketing Manager, Support Leads, Management and the Ops team members. Set and Achieve Targets for self and team members Set and improve Processes for achieving Delivery Efficiency. Understand Customer Pain Points and come up with actionable goals in consultation with the management. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Managing day to day operations of the team and handling customer escalations, Daily Reporting on Key metrics to management. Good Planning, Scheduling and Organizations skills. Create Winning Teams Marketing Skills/ Digital Marketing Skills will be an added advantage Good Persuasion skills Experience: 3+ years in customer facing role . Language: Tamil, English , (Hindi), Any additional language is a plus
