SAP Plant Maintenance Support
o Asset Management
o Project Management
o Work Management: Scheduling and planning ,
Connections , Maintenance execution, Emergency Services
- Faults etc
Application Maintenance and Enhancement projects.
Should have good analytical and problem solving skills in both
Support and Projects.
Liaise with business users (field users / back office) to understand
the requirements and deliver to the requirement by self-
developing, coordinating with the other technical team.
Carryout System Testing of the fixed Incidents and update defects
in Quality Center then coordinate with business for the UAT signoff
and then manage the release/deployment of the fix.
Delivering Impact assessment/solutions for change requests raised
by business users.
Assessing and suggesting the required upgrades in the form of
support packs/enhancement packs
Manage, coordinate and report application major incidents (P1 &

P2)
Preparation of cutover plan/RFC for implementation.
Build end to end documentation and catalogue for supported
applications and known errors.
Hand out and give Knowledge Transfer sessions to the team.
Support to Design daily, weekly and monthly management reports
for client.
Business Engagement Engaging with business proactive to build
trust and relationship for better stakeholder management.
Demonstrate Proactive Approach rather than fix on fail
Essential Experience
Over-all experience with 8 - 10 years
Has capability to translate business requirements into design and
then to development
Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience
Proven track record on SAP ECC, S/4 HANA.
Should be able to assist the customers with business case for the
development of the chosen option.
Should have very good communication skills
Proactive in identifying issues and coming out with solution
Should have worked in Support projects
Desired Experience Utilities industry experience preferred
Skill Sets Required
Good Experience in SAP PM, PS SAP ECC, SAP S/4
End to end configuration experience in SAP PM/CS/PS modules
Integration of SAP with end to end asset management processes
and systems such as
o Scheduling and planning
o Maintenance execution
o Field Service Management
o Project Management
o Asset Management
Experience of integration with other SAP modules SD, MM, FICO,
and HR.
S4 Hana experience in the areas of PM, Asset Management, MRS,
PS
Proficiency in configuration of Plant structure, Technical Objects,
Notifications, IDOCS and Order
Types, Maintenance Plans, Task lists, Bill of Materials, Calibration
of Test equipment and
Refurbishment of repairable spares, Measuring Points / Counters,
for Costing, Budgeting and
Settlement, SAP MM and SD integration, Detailed Reporting in
PM/CS
Experience of working with Fiori and guiding/advising technical
and other teams in any related configuration activities.
Effective/clear verbal and oral communication skills in English.
Analytical/Problem solving skills.
SDLC, testing & defect management

Any Special Working
Conditions
1. On call support for high severity calls during out of business
hours/weekends based on set rota plan.
2. Weekend working during critical project delivery window(provision of
comp-off available)
3. Late evening work during system outages in production environments.
4. Ad-hoc task assignments based on priority.
5. Working with multiple project managers for multiple project tasks (2 -3
projects running in parallel).
6. During critical production system outages the working hours can get
stretched.
