Field Support Executive

?Graduate candidate with pleasant personality and good communication skills. Should handle the technical Demo and installation activities for software.


This role requires PAN INDIA travel to visit customer sites, install software and provide training to end users.
Manage all on- site installation, support and training
Diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve with the guided approach,
Follow regular reporting to a manager
Document processes where required
Follow all company`s and department`s field procedures and protocols
Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/ briefings
Build positive relationships with customers

What we are looking for

1. 0-3 years experience in field support
2. Ability to install, train and troubleshoot
3. Excellent written and verbal communication ability
4. Continuous travel involved PAN India
5. Familiarity with software installation
6. Strong multi- tasking and organizational skills
7. Excellent client facing skills
8. Good communication skills in English
9. Extensive Travel to client sites (20 days a month)
10. Software Installation and Training
11. Good computer troubleshooting skills (Similar Desktop, application support engineer or network engineer
12. Knowledge of Hindi will be a plus
