Key Responsibilities: Understands clients brands, structure, and industry as well as project goals Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving ad-related technical issues for internal teams and external clients. Analyze, identify, and address discrepancies in ad delivery, performance, and reporting to maintain campaign accuracy and effectiveness. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to suggest and implement improvements to the ad delivery platform and related tools. Review, debug, and validate advertising tags (e.g., JavaScript, HTML) to ensure proper implementation and functionality across various platforms. Develop comprehensive documentation for ad operations processes and provide training to team members on new technologies and best practices. Develop, implement, and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges) Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet client goals and KPIs Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning campaign strategies accordingly. Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively. Create and execute programmatic media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new tactics to improve campaign outcomes. Use advanced analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness. Monitors investment of digital spend and ensures revenue/margin goals are met Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams and clients. Work closely with clients and able to guide internal teams to align campaign strategies and objectives. Build strong relationships across stakeholders (externally with clients and with teams internally Training and development of team members (Junior programmatic manager) Regular contribution to the media community i.e blogs, case studies, conferences
Requirements: 5 years + experience in AdTech, Digital advertising, or Technical Support roles(Troubleshooting). Experience in Account management and problem solving in AdTech support. Expertise in online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels (DV360, Google Campaign Manager, YouTube, Google Analytics, Adform etc.) Analysis skills (tracking and reporting, Google Analytics, Adobe and, ideally but no mandatory, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio) Experience with online marketing metrics such as ROI, Margins, click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, conversion rate, average order size, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Proactively identifies issues and implements solutions to support evolving client needs. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills, are required. Flexible to work across different time zones/shifts (including night shift)
