Power Platform Lead (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Project Planning and Management :

- Lead the planning and management of Power Platform projects, including scoping, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk assessment.

- Develop project plans, set clear objectives, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including developers, consultants, and other stakeholders involved in Power Platform implementations.

- Offer expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies to drive efficient and effective solution development.

Solution Architecture :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to define the solution architecture for Power Platform projects.

- Design scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements and adhere to best practices.

Requirement Analysis :

- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents.

- Ensure that the Power Platform solutions meet the business needs and objectives of the organisation.

Technical Design and Development :

- Lead and oversee the technical design and development of Power Platform solutions.

- Provide guidance on data modelling, user interface design, workflow automation, data integration, and custom development to deliver high-quality solutions.

Quality Assurance and Testing :

- Establish and implement quality assurance processes and standards for Power Platform projects.

- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability, functionality, and reliability of the solutions.
