Job Description
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect - SharePoint Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SPFx. You will lead the design, development, and configuration of business applications, managing end-to-end implementation cycles.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and architect large-scale SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Design, build, and configure business applications to meet business process and app requirements.
- Lead SharePoint migrations from on-premise/non-SP to SharePoint Online (SPO).
- Utilize SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, SPFx, CSOM, and PCF in solution development.
- Use Out-of-the-Box (OOB) SharePoint features and configurations.
- Develop and implement custom webparts and solutions using scripting languages.
- Manage end-to-end development, support, and maintenance projects.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Perform requirement analysis, design, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications.
- Mentor and lead teams in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 10+ years of experience as a SharePoint and Power Platform Solution Architect.
- Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SPFx, CSOM, PCF.
- Experience in 4-6 large-scale implementation projects as a Technical Architect.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with both OOB and custom SharePoint development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Team leadership experience and the ability to work in an onsite-offshore model.
- A customer-centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
