Power Platform Developer - Sharepoint (5-8 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sharepoint & Power Platform Developer based in Bengaluru. The Developer will be responsible for tasks such as SharePoint Designer, SharePoint Administration, InfoPath, Software Development, and SharePoint-related activities.

Job title : SharePoint + Power Platform developer.

Location : Bengaluru (Local Candidate only), as per the business requirements, candidate has to report to office.

Shift Timings : 1:30 to 10:30 PM(Flexible).

Experience Level : L2: 5 to 8 yrs.

Interview : 2 rounds.

Laptop : Provided.

L1 HM's Interview availability: 1. 30 to 3. 30PM IST.

- HM is looking for only Bangalore local candidate.

- Check if candidate has development skill.

- Extensive SharePoint, Office365, Power Automate and Power Platform design and Development.

- Design, enhance, support, and develop applications and provide expertise to our internal stakeholders.

- Act as a consultant/SME to our stakeholders and lead and perform Full-stack design development: both front-end and back-end on the projects.

- Create and deploy medium/high complexity layouts and components using Power Automate and Power Platform.

- Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source Control.

- Help develop estimates/timelines for projects.

- Develop and support Power Automate solutions.

- Implement security configuration using groups, roles and permissions.

- Experience Level : Level 2 : 5 to 8 Years of Total Experience.

- 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in Computer Science or related field.

Must Have Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in SharePoint, Office365, Power Automate, Power Platform and any Database.

- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint and O365 development (Power Platform).

- Strong software development skills with a solid understanding of project cycles, integrated development environments, and source control technologies.

- Ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines.

- Ability to work well and collaborate with peers in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves :

- Experience with Power BI and data management preferred.

- Previous consulting experiences a huge plus.

- Microsoft certification(s) in SharePoint/Infopath/Nintex/Power BI/Power Platform/MS Office.

- Agile experience.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

- Design, enhance, support, and develop applications based on project specifications.

- Provide expertise to enterprise/commercial clients.

- Perform full stack design and development on Microsoft Technologies (SharePoint /PowerPlatform /HTML).

- Participate in Agile development processes and follow best practices for Source Control.

- Develop and support Power Automate solutions.

- Develop Unit Tests of the code developed.

- Attend daily standups.

- Participate in design review and discussions and perform peer review of the code developed by team members.
