Senior MS Power Platform Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MS Power Platform Developer to lead and deliver enterprise-level solutions using Microsofts Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Dataverse, along with a strong understanding of business process automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom low-code/no-code business applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Custom Pages).

- Automate complex workflows, approvals, and notifications using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, RPA, and Scheduled Flows).

- Build dashboards, dataflows, and advanced analytics reports using Power BI, DAX, and Paginated Reports.

- Integrate Power Platform apps with Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Fabric, SQL Server, and external APIs.

- Manage structured and unstructured data sources including Fabric, SQL, and SharePoint.

- Implement secure access control using Azure Active Directory and RBAC policies.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance best practices for scalable Power Platform deployments.

- Utilize custom connectors and APIs to extend Power Platform capabilities and integrate with third-party systems.

- Support lifecycle management, data validation, and business logic implementation across all applications.

- Train and mentor business users to enable self-service automation and reporting.

- Collaborate across departments (HR, IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver impactful digital solutions.

- Monitor and govern the Power Platform environment using the Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

Proficiency in :

- Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Custom Pages)

- Power Automate (Cloud Flows, RPA, Scheduled Flows)

- Power BI (Dataflows, DAX, Direct Query, Paginated Reports)

- Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling and relational storage

- Microsoft Fabric & OneLake for enterprise data management

- Strong knowledge of Azure AD Security, RBAC, and SharePoint/Teams Integration.

- Experience in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and API-based integration.

- Familiarity with Power Platform CoE Toolkit, custom connectors, and Microsoft AI Builder.

- Programming proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and Power FX; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions is desirable.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions.
