Senior System Support Specialist - Power Platform (7-11 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

Service Management :

- Manage and maintain SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microservices, and Power Platform services. Provide 2nd/3rd level support for service-related issues.

- Ensure adherence to established SLAs and deliver quality support globally.

- Resolve business-critical incidents promptly, implementing both interim and permanent solutions.

- Timely resolution of tickets, meeting TRT goals, and conducting root cause analysis for recurring incidents.

- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement effective solutions.

Technical Expertise :

- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microservices.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.

- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.

Collaboration and Innovation :

- Collaborate with the Service Design and Roadmap team to design, evaluate, test, and deploy new technologies.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Microservices administration and support.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
