Engineering degree in Computer Science
5 8 years of experience in backend development at product companies.
Very strong programming skills.
Good understanding of system architecture and Linux based systems.
Good theoretical knowledge of API design.
Experience building APIs with NodeJS or Python
Solid understanding of databases concepts.
Experience of database performance tuning, indexing, and stored procedures.
Good understanding of computer networking.
Good understanding of Operating Systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
Sound knowledge of distributed systems and cloud computing.
Good communication skills and an attitude to find solutions by interacting with engineers across teams.
