Overview Main task of the resource would be to implement the ERP solution at the client site. Implementation Consultant will conduct the blueprint sessions with cross functional teams, collect requirements, conduct solution analysis, document business process flows, spearhead change management, serving as the company`s practice leads, preparing for and conducting end-user testing. The consultant should have experience with full lifecycle implementations for cloud-based enterprise solutions. Candidate must be exceptional in accounting and have strong working knowledge of finance processes (AR/AP/GL/Fixed Assets etc.) Key Responsibilities: Collect requirements from end users, document process flows Conduct end user training. Work on Data migration strategy and data migration as well. Be part of cross functional teams and conduct solution analysis. Work with the Team to ensure all change management related issues are addressed i.e., training and providing relevant information for communications to all affected stakeholders. Engage in interactions with the 3rd party vendors and IT team throughout implementation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all requested documentation. Deliver presentations to various levels of management as necessary. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountants/CA Inter/ MBA Finance from Commerce background. Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Exposure to MS Visio is additional advantage. Strong overall functional knowledge of Finance processes Strong communication skills and the ability to understand and express complex topics. Analytical thinker with strong business acumen, ability to summarize data into clear and concise recommendations for strategic decision support. Core intelligence, willingness to learn, ownership of deliverables, flexibility and ability to follow through on everything are essential. Comfortable in working in a fast-paced environment, driven for results. Open to travel for longer durations if applicable. Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
