Role & responsibilities

• Create Sales Plans: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.

• Training & Development: Train and develop sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and product knowledge to succeed.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of sales staff, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and prospects.
• Customer Retention: Focus on both customer acquisition and retention, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
