Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support our engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of technical projects. The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, data analysis, and ensuring that engineering tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and presentations.
• Support senior engineers with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Maintain project records and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience in an engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of project management principles.
• Experience with data analysis and technical report writing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
