• 8+ years of experience in training & placements in a reputed university/educational institution.
• Strong HR and recruiter network, especially in Bengaluru, with proven industry relationships.
• Demonstrated success in placing students in top-tier companies.
• Exceptional networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize large-scale recruitment drives, workshops, and career programs.
• Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve career success.
