Salesforce Business Analyst (FSL)- + CPQ.

Location : Remote (India).

Timing : EST (6 pm 3 am IST).

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team.

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement effective Salesforce configurations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Elicit business requirements from stakeholders.

- Design and propose Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.

- Configure and test Salesforce setups.

- Develop technical specifications for developers.

- Conduct unit testing and integration testing.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Provide training and support.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of Salesforce experience.

- Strong business analysis skills.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or Consultant).

- Experience with Salesforce clouds (Service).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in EST timing (6 pm 3 am IST).

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Agile methodologies.

- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
