Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Build customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Integration: Collaborate with other systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.) to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Customization: Customize Salesforce applications based on specific business requirements, including workflows, page layouts, fields, record types, and validation rules.
• API Development: Build and manage APIs to integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems.
• Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and reusable code that follows best practices.
• Automation: Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
• Security: Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate access controls and governance policies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit tests, resolve bugs, and ensure solutions function effectively.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for future reference and training.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Qualification

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration tools.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer, Platform App Builder, etc.) are a plus.
