Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creating and implementing a strategic plan to meet the learning and development needs of the organization
2. Assess companywide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
3. Implement various learning methods company wide. Eg Coaching, job shadowing, online training.
4. Design and deliver learning programs, workshops and other trainings
5. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
6. Collaborating with various managers and executives to understand and implement training goals
7. Conducting performance evaluations and assessments.
8. Directing the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials
9. Managing the budgets for training and development activities.
10. Overseeing the creation of educational materials such as online learning modules, workshop materials, and instructional videos
Pre-requisites:
1. Minimum 12 months experience in a local Australian or UK Telecoms related operation doing phone sales or in a sales coaching or direct sales as a senior role can be likely considered.
2. Be able to demonstrate impeccable, top-notch English & communication skills
3. Plenty of personality & a real passion for people engagement.
4. Loads of patience in crunch situations, willingness to ride out the success of a training program despite initial failures.
5. Must take up role only if willing to be committed for the long term
6.
