Sales Officer (Aftermarket Sales) || Kolkata

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning:

• Monthly planner for Primary sales & secondary sales with defined objectives
• Activity Planner for self in line with assigned targets.
• Travel Matrix [beat plan] planning for self on rolling basis for 3 months with specified agenda & objectives

2. Market Information:

• Market Mapping of Distributors, retailers and mechanics.
• Keep Up-date on Competition information as Policies/Schemes and Pricing on regular basis in SM product range

3. Sales & Collection:

• Driving Primary and Secondary Sales of entire Product Mix as per KRA / Monthly plan.
• Major emphasis on both Primary and Secondary should be on establishing NPD range
• Collections as per policy of Company.
• Driving schemes and demand generation as per the budgeted numbers.

4. Sales Promotion:

• Participation in various Product Campaigns, Organizing Retailer/Mechanic Meet and other promotional activities.
• Timely completion of loyalty programs / campaigns, etc. and submission of data to Area Manager as per specified timelines.

5. Other Activities:

• Inspection of Claims as per Company Warranty policy.
• Product Training of BP team in Co-ordination with ASM.
• Scouting of New BP as per state, product wise requirement to ensure KRA achievement.
• DSR updation through App on everyday basis as per visit matrix
• Reporting and track closure of CRM cases in coordination with AM & CRM
• Plan and ensure availability of POP and other related documents
• Reporting ( DSR/ Travel Bill/ marketing bill) as per timeline.
